SpeedRank shows you the performance of your local Internet Service Provider (ISP), the web server you're connecting to and the network infrastructure in between with easy-to-read, colour-coded dials.

A red or orange reading shows that your performance is worse than that experienced by the millions of other members in our panel. A green reading says that you're running at optimum or even better than average speeds. And if your indicator bar makes it all the way around the dial, you've got one of the fastest connections going!

	ISP Performance How does your local ISP stack up when it comes to connecting you to your favourite web sites? The home gauge will let you know. The indicator bar tells you how quickly your ISP can locate your requested web site on the 'Internet map' and plot a route directly to it.
	Network Performance We've all experienced those annoying Internet slow-downs. Is it my computer, the web server or just the Internet in general? The network gauge will give you a visual indicator of when the Internet itself is experiencing traffic congestion.
	Web Server Performance Some web sites are just plain sluggish, and the page gauge will let you know exactly where you can place the blame for poor performance. If the indicator is tipping towards the red, you'll know that you should find an Internet detour and surf elsewhere.

Frustrated by dials that always show red and feel you can't do anything about it? Don't be, because SpeedRank lets your voice be heard. The aggregate measurements of our panel are fed directly to web site owners and operators. If you're not seeing green, then they're seeing red.
